Terms of Service for the “FUTBOLISTA Diary” App

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the “FUTBOLISTA” mobile application and related services (the "App", the "Service"). These Terms are binding for all users of the Service.

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App.

1. Definitions

User — an individual who uses the App.

Service Operator — the legal entity providing access to the Service depending on the User’s location.

Competition Organizer — a legal entity or individual using the App to organize, manage, and administer competitions, tournaments, matches, and related data.

2. Service Operator and Jurisdictions

2.1 India

Within the territory of India, the Service is provided jointly by NSG SOFT DOO and YUVA GAMES.

For users located in India:

  • YUVA GAMES acts as the official representative of FUTBOLISTA;
  • YUVA GAMES processes user payments;
  • YUVA GAMES handles user inquiries and support requests.

2.2 Other Countries

For all other countries, the Service is operated by NSG SOFT DOO, either directly or through authorized partners.

3. Purpose of the Service

The App is intended for:

  • maintaining sports diaries;
  • publishing information about matches, trainings, and competitions;
  • generating match announcements, summaries, and statistical content;
  • facilitating interaction between players, coaches, parents, and competition organizers.

The Service is not an official source of competition results and does not guarantee their accuracy.

4. Registration and Age Requirements

4.1. Users must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in their country.

4.2. Users under the age of 18 confirm that they have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

5. User Content

5.1. Users are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, or publish through the App.

5.2. By submitting content, Users grant the Service Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the operation and improvement of the Service.

5.3. Users may not upload content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or generally accepted standards of decency.

6. Role and Responsibility of Competition Organizers

6.1. Competition Organizers are responsible for:

  • entering data into the Service;
  • ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information related to matches, teams, players, schedules, and results.

6.2. Competition Organizers act as the primary responsible party for interactions with users regarding competitions, including the accuracy of information, schedules, and results.

6.3. The Service Operator shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or actions of Competition Organizers.

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1. The App uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate certain types of content.

7.2. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may contain inaccuracies.

7.3. Users agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content when making important decisions.

8. Payments and Refunds

8.1. Payment and refund terms are governed by a separate Refund and Payment Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8.2. For users in India, payments are processed by YUVA GAMES.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9.2. The Service Operator shall not be liable for:

  • actions or omissions of Competition Organizers;
  • the accuracy of user-generated or AI-generated content;
  • any losses or damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Service Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published in the App and/or on the official website.

11. Governing Law

The applicable law shall be determined based on the territory where the Service is provided and the relevant Service Operator.
