By installing the mobile application "FUTBOLISTA" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") on your device, the User, acting of their own free will and in their own interest, consents to the processing of their personal data by NSG SOFT DOO (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

This consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

• Last name, first name, and patronymic.
• Date of birth.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Personal statistics, training and game data.
• Any other information the user provides in the app.

The purpose of processing personal data includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the functionality and use of the "Football Diary" app, including:

• Providing personalized settings and functionality.
• Analyzing personal training and game statistics.
• Offering personalized recommendations and improving service quality.

The User acknowledges that the provision of the specified personal data is voluntary. The User may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting their account in the App and sending written notice to the Company.

This consent remains valid until withdrawn by the User and can be revoked at any time.
