Refund and Payment Policy for the “FUTBOLISTA” App

This Refund and Payment Policy (the "Policy") defines the terms of payments, payment processing, and refund rules applicable to the use of the “FUTBOLISTA” mobile application (the "App", the "Service").

By using the App, the User confirms acceptance of this Policy.

1. Payment Operators

1.1 India

For users located in India:

• payment acceptance and processing are carried out by YUVA GAMES;
• YUVA GAMES acts as an authorized representative of FUTBOLISTA;
• all financial transactions are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of India, including RBI requirements.

1.2 Other Countries

For users in all other countries, payment acceptance and processing are carried out by NSG SOFT DOO, either directly or through authorized payment partners.

2. Paid Services

Paid features of the Service may include, but are not limited to:

• paid participation in competitions and tournaments;
• subscriptions and premium features;
• other digital services explicitly described in the App interface prior to payment.

Specific pricing, scope, and conditions of paid services are displayed before a payment is completed.

3. General Payment Terms

3.1. Payment for Service features is made prior to the commencement of the relevant service, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App.

3.2. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.

3.3. The payment operator shall not be liable for failed or incorrect transactions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the User.

4. Subscriptions

4.1. Subscriptions are charged on a prepaid basis for the applicable billing period.

4.2. Subscriptions may include automatic renewal, if indicated at the time of subscription purchase.

4.3. The successful charge of a subscription fee constitutes the User’s consent to the commencement of the digital service.

5. Refund Conditions

5.1 General Provisions

Refunds are available only in cases provided for by applicable law and as expressly provided in this Policy.

5.2 Competition Participation

5.2.1. Responsibility for organizing, postponing, or canceling competitions lies with the Competition Organizer.

5.2.2. In the event of a competition cancellation, the decision to issue refunds is made by the Competition Organizer.

5.2.3. The Service Operator does not guarantee refunds for competition participation if the service has been rendered or the competition has taken place.

5.3 Subscriptions and Digital Services

5.3.1. Refunds for digital services are provided only where required by applicable law.

5.3.2. Once a digital service has commenced, refunds are generally not provided.

6. Refund Request Procedure

6.1. Refund requests must be submitted using the contact details provided in the App.

6.2. Requests must include:

• User identification details;
• payment transaction information;
• the reason for the refund request.

6.3. Refund requests may take up to 10 business days to be reviewed.

7. Refund Processing Timeframes

The time required for refunded funds to appear in the User’s account depends on the payment provider and may take up to 30 calendar days.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Operator shall not be liable for:

• decisions made by Competition Organizers regarding refunds;
• delays caused by payment systems or financial institutions;
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by the User.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Service Operator reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. The current version will be published in the App and/or on the official website.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
